致马斯克先生
尊敬的马斯克先生：
我们是阁下X平台上的中文用户，我们是倡导自由和人权、反专制独裁、反中共暴政及传播并推动自由民主信息和行动的个人及媒体类账户持有者。我们现就X平台上中文部分存在的一些违反常理、违反基本逻辑和应有运作规律的大量现象向您致信，反映如下：
我们注意到X平台上我们所例举的账号有如下异常现象：
- 我们经历了关注者或被关注者被自动取消，甚至是熟悉的朋友间，常年互关的账号也被莫名自动取消的情况；
- 虽然我们的账号常年处于关注者被莫名其妙取关的情况，但在这两年，我们发现了一个新的规律，粉丝数量在北美白天稳定增长，但在北美夜晚却会出现大量减少的现象，每天如此拉锯反复；
- 我们的推文阅读量及回复量突然大幅减少，仅有正常时期的十分之一甚至百分之一。这表明显示量在大幅减少，或所发的推文被暗中屏蔽；
- 我们中的一些使用者的个人账号被高度模仿伪造的账号混淆、甚至取代，致使搜索出现异常，搜索的结果往往是平台上突然新出现粉丝量为0或者极少关注者的高仿假冒账号，而真正的粉丝量多且更活跃的真账号搜索不到，也就是不显示；
- 很多推文被大量的广告和黄色推号紧跟，内容被淹没，或使得关注者看到其内容而回避，也无法看到有效的跟帖；
- 我们有些人在X上经历着长期遭受诽谤、围攻的处境，那些攻击者越来越狡猾而娴熟地使用变体字或象声词等等手段避开被投诉的结果；
- 我们有些人先后对上述存在的问题向推特中文管理部进行了反馈，但是情况没有根本改善；
- 众所周知，中共政权一直使用各种手段对倡导自由、民主人权、宪政的人士、组织、自媒体等进行恐吓威胁、骚扰及骇客行动。我们期待在X平台上能够享有一个公平、公开、安全且有基本言论及尊严保障的信息分享和交流环境，我们很遗憾，目前显然此愿望遭到了的挑战。
综上所述，我们有理由怀疑这样奇怪的不正常现象或与中共政权有关。中共对媒体及媒体平台的渗透和各种操控从来没有停止过。 特此致信，希望您关注此事，关注X中文部的工作，保障一个令人信任和喜爱的平台，抵御中共渗透，捍卫言论自由、保护民主价值，推动世界文明和进步。

【To Mr. Musk】
Dear Mr. Musk,
We are Chinese users on the X platform. We are individuals and media account holders who advocate for freedom, human rights, oppose authoritarianism and dictatorship, oppose the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and spread and promote information and actions for freedom and democracy. We are writing to you to reflect on some phenomena on the Chinese section of the X platform that violate common sense, basic logic, and operating norms, as follows:
We have noticed abnormal phenomena regarding the accounts we listed on the X platform:
We have experienced instances where followers or those we followed were automatically unfollowed, even accounts of friends who have been following each other for years were inexplicably unfollowed.
Although our accounts have been constantly losing followers inexplicably over the years, we have discovered a new pattern in the past two years: the number of followers steadily increases during North American daytime but significantly decreases at night, repeating this cycle daily.
The number of views and replies to our tweets suddenly decreased significantly, to only one-tenth or even one-hundredth of the normal amount. This indicates a significant decrease in visibility or that our tweets are being covertly suppressed.
Some users among us have had their personal accounts highly imitated and counterfeited, confusing and even replacing them, leading to abnormal search results. Accounts with suddenly appearing followers of 0 or very few followers on the platform often appear in the search results, while genuine accounts with higher and more active followers cannot be found or displayed.
Many tweets are followed by a large number of advertisements and yellow (inappropriate) accounts, drowning out their content or causing followers to avoid them, thus unable to see effective comments.
Some of us have experienced long-term defamation and attacks on X, with attackers becoming increasingly cunning and skilled in using variant characters or onomatopoeia to avoid being reported.
Some of us have provided feedback to the Chinese management team of Twitter on the above issues, but the situation has not fundamentally improved.
It is well known that the CCP regime has always used various means to intimidate, threaten, harass, and hack individuals, organizations, and self-media advocating for freedom, democracy, human rights, and constitutionalism. We hope to enjoy a fair, open, safe, and fundamentally speech- and dignity-protected environment for information sharing and communication on the X platform. Unfortunately, our current wish is evidently challenged.
In summary, we have reason to suspect that such strange anomalies are related to the CCP regime. The CCP’s infiltration and manipulation of the media and media platforms have never stopped. We hereby write to you hoping you pay attention to this matter, focus on the work of the X Chinese section, safeguard a trusted and beloved platform, resist CCP infiltration, defend freedom of speech, protect democratic values, and promote world civilization and progress.
